    totally enclosed lifeboat has been designed and manufacturedin accordance with LIFE-SAVING APPLIANCES CODE and tested inaccordance with IMO RESOLUTION 81 (70).And these boats includingloose and fixed equipment are designed.Constructed and equippedin accordance with"1996 Amendments to the international Conventionfor the Safety of Life at Sea1974".It has ample stability in a seaway and sufficient freeboard when loadedwith its full complement of persons and equipment,and in the event ofcapsizing it can automatically attain a position that will provide an abovewater escape for its occupants.When the boat reaches stable floodedcondition,the water level inside the lifeboat,measured along the seatback,shall not exceed 500mm above the seat pan at any occupants seatingposition.The boat will be launched and recovered by the gravity davit.The launch-ing procedure could be controlled by the helmsman inside the boatthrough the control wire.For convenient boarding arrangement,it is pos-sible to provide side door as well as the after door as the boarding way.
